Drawing from our database of questions that we have used in national surveys, and tailoring additional questions based on the needs of your case, we will design a survey that identifies which juror experiences and attitudes will be predictive of bias against your client in your case's venue.
Part of preparing for trial or choosing a venue involves analyzing the community from which the jury will be drawn. Any message you frame must account for the specific audience. Results from the community attitude survey can inform focus group and mock trial research, supplemental juror questionnaire design, and oral voir dire recommendations. Using these tools in conjunction will allow you to develop questions for prospective jurors that are statistically significant predictors of bias against your client at trial.
